Some doctors, hospitals, and other health care providers are forming Accountable Care Organizations (ACO's). Their goal is a more coordinated team approach to health care - to get you the right care at the right time in the right setting. Medicare officials are encouraging ACO's and coordinating with providers to form and manage them.
